By accessing or using LegalGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LegalGPT is a custom GPT application that operates exclusively on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform.

Important: Your use of LegalGPT is subject to both these Terms and OpenAI's Terms of Use. In case of conflict, OpenAI's Terms of Use take precedence.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·LegalGPT provides the service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
·We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of LegalGPT
·We are not responsible for decisions made based on LegalGPT responses
·We are not liable for any legal consequences of using generated content
·Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access (which is €0 for free access)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

LegalGPT content: The LegalGPT custom instructions and prompts are proprietary. Responses generated through the OpenAI platform are subject to OpenAI's intellectual property policies.

User content: You retain ownership of your inputs, subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use regarding content submitted to their platform.

Service availability

LegalGPT availability depends entirely on:

·OpenAI's platform uptime and service availability
·Your OpenAI account status and subscription level
·OpenAI's usage limits and rate limits

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for OpenAI platform outages or limitations.
